You are not eligible for a refund if:

• The product or service has already been delivered.

• Your account experiences a drop in followers or engagement due to platform purges.

• You are dissatisfied with engagement quality or results.

• Your account is banned or limited by a third-party platform after purchase.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You did not receive any of the services you paid for.

• There was a verifiable technical error on our side during service fulfillment.
